재판부는 판결문에서 “피고인은 오랜기간동안 피해자에게 기본적인 의식주조차 제공하지 않은 채 농사일을 시키고 폭행을 가하는 등 인간 이하의 생활을 강요하고 매월 생계보조금을 피해자 명의로 받아 횡령한 만큼 죄질과 범정이 매우 좋지 않다”고 설명했다.
